Consumer Withdrawal Notice

Effective: 11 October 2026 · Contact: [email protected]

Your 14-day right

If you are a consumer entitled to a statutory cooling-off period, you may withdraw from the distance service contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To meet the deadline, send your decision before the period expires.

If you ask us to start early

Checkout separately asks you to request that production may start once your brief and assets are complete, even during the withdrawal period. If you withdraw after performance begins, applicable law may require you to pay only a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to withdrawal. The right may end after full performance only where the legally required express request and acknowledgment were provided.
