All Media/Platforms, worldwide, for the Short-Form Term (perpetual if blank). Derivative edits and aspect ratios permitted. Sublicensing to platforms and vendors allowed to run the ads.
5) Compensation; No Residuals
As stated in the Short-Form. No residuals/royalties unless explicitly agreed. No obligation to publish.
6) Privacy, ID, and Security
- Purpose: ID/PII only to verify identity/age/authority and manage consent records.
- Current status: government-ID and biometric collection is disabled until a separate secure intake method and tested retention/deletion controls are operational. Do not send government IDs or biometric information by ordinary email or WhatsApp.
- If collection is enabled for a future project, the project-specific notice will identify the data, purpose, recipients and enforceable deletion schedule before collection. Minimal non-biometric consent logs may be retained for the applicable legal period. See our Privacy Policy.
- Security: reasonable safeguards; reputable cloud/storage vendors under confidentiality.
- No sale of personal data. Requests: [email protected].
7) Biometric Notice & Consent (if applicable)
Biometric processing is not currently enabled. Before processing face or voice geometry for a future project, Producer will provide a project-specific written notice, obtain the legally required written release and consent, use a secure intake method, limit use and disclosure to the stated project, and activate tested deletion controls. See our Biometric Data Retention & Deletion Policy.
8) Sensitive-Use & Morals
No use in pornographic, hateful, illegal, or highly sensitive contexts without fresh written consent. Producer may refuse content that violates platform policies or law.
Anti-Deepfake / Legitimate Use Only: This service is intended for legitimate commercial advertising with informed consent. We prohibit deceptive impersonation, fraud, political manipulation, non-consensual intimate imagery, and other harmful deepfake applications. All deliverables must clearly represent authorized advertising content. Misuse may result in project termination, reporting to authorities, and legal action.
Children's Advertising: When Talent is a minor (under 18), additional restrictions apply. Guardian consent is required. Ads featuring minors must comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), platform-specific policies (e.g., Meta/Google/TikTok restrictions on targeting, data collection, and content categories), and applicable state laws. Client is responsible for ensuring ad content, targeting, and product categories are appropriate for minors and comply with platform rules. Producer may decline projects that fail to meet these standards.
9) Endorsements & Compliance
Client is responsible for truthful, non-misleading claims and required disclosures. FTC endorsement guides and platform ad policies apply.
10) Portfolio Rights
Producer may display the finished deliverables (not raw assets/ID) in portfolio, website, reels, and sales decks only if you grant this permission in the Short-Form. If you allowed portfolio use, you may request removal from Producer channels at any time; we will remove within a reasonable time.
11) Revocation & Takedown

12) Representations & Warranties
Talent: age/authority; no infringement; accurate info. Client: lawful, substantiated claims. Producer: uses within scope.
13) Third-Party Materials
Each party warrants rights to any IP supplied (logos, uniforms, locations). Obtain model/location releases for third parties you bring.
